All stair cases were supported on welded angle iron/steel framing & the basement had 9-10ft ceilings that showed the wire mesh & rebar used to support the poured floors.

Believe I have one property with a mixture of cpvc, pex, copper and iron pipes.  

Also had to replace the original cast iron drain pipe.

Today I Met with the closing agent  I have been talking with on the phone and we ironed out some specifics.

Can someone help me more to iron out some ideas along those lines?
