All stair cases were supported on welded angle iron/steel framing & the basement had 9-10ft ceilings that showed the wire mesh & rebar used to support the poured floors.

It was a 3 month, very painful process.Because my company is set up as an S corp, I had the two years of verifiable income, but they realized I am self employed and that convoluted the process.I find it ironic that my employees have a much easier time getting conventional mortgages than I do.

JaimieThis is a good find.I have a 30yr 2.79 fixed 3yr term on a residential with a 20% down, so no big deal, I would like to know who your lender is maybe I can get a similar rate for a 5 yr fixed.169000 Duplex in Aurora is a Unicorn, Townhouses are 200+, singles are 350+, Look at the age of the building, if older..you have asbestos wrapping somewhere(think heat), you have knob and tube electrical, or aluminium wire, cast iron piping in the basement for plumbing.
