One thing Airbnb and VRBO can not do is help schedule cleaning and maintenance tasks, owner accounting reports, and direct booking options that hosts need to go to next level.

yes how much money do you have anyone that knows it is making a lot of money you are only going to slow them down. get the wallet out and pay for advisory services.

They will not pay for a phone service, so if we do that, I would have to pay for it unfortunately.

There are other free services out there as well.If you only have a couple units and that is all you want and you never plan to hand off property management then you can probably just collect checks and have tenants text you.Personally I don’t like tenants texting me issues, they are too easily missed or forgotten about.
