If Tenant shall fail to discharge the lien within such period of time, then, in addition to any other right or remedy of Landlord resulting from Tenant’s default, Landlord may, but shall not be obligated to, discharge the same by paying the amount claimed to be due, procuring the discharge of the lien by giving security, or taking such other act on as may be permitted by law.

Does anyone have any advice or ideas as to how I can remedy this problem in the most cost effective way?

Any waiver of late charges under this paragraph will not affect or diminish any other right or remedy Landlord may exercise for Tenant's failure to timely pay rent.

My fear is I keep spending on investigating and it's eating up a chunk of the budget for remedial work.
