Hold growth stocks or low turnover index funds. 

Network with other investors through local meetups and real estate groups, and consider small multifamily investing for faster growth. 

Projecting the growth and thus desirability and central location near the local market prime drivers is an important consideration.  

My charter, expectation, and belief is long-term growth.
