Getting your foot in the door does!

Basically, I would get paid for referring people to my brokerage company, but I would have no dealings in anything else dealing with the transaction.So I guess my question is should I go to the brokerage that will allow me to work part time just to get my foot in the door and then when I'm ready to go full time switch to a different brokerage?

For example if you go into a house and it needs paint, new floors a kitchen and bath, do you price it out per square foot?

I am aware that the home needs work and am willing to foot the bill of most of it , but I do not want to lose my earnest money if the inspection finds out that the entire foundation is unsteady.

I'd prefer a company with a strong footing in Texas who works with national brokerages to place franchises.

If there's a corner involved, I order them in pre-cut which takes 3 weeks and costs around $25-30/foot.

It's always good to get your foot in the door of an industry you love!

She sulks off saying she doesn't have to listen to me and I say OK well you will listen to the police if I have to tell her again.I am coming out the house with the remainder check and she has been in the house again as the old garage foot wiping rug is now sitting on the apartment doorstep!!!!

I am trying to get a sense of the cost of rehabbing homes/construction in Philadelphia for a light rehab, mid rehab, to full gut renovation/shell on a price per square foot basis.

I’m just wondering if that could be a viable option to get my foot in the door and if so how do I seek out an investor looking for my skill?
