@Joseph Koury You can disclose it if you want to, but it'll likely frighten most of the residents, which may lead to negative results (ex. residents asking for credits on their rent or other types of concessions due to being exposed to the virus).

Even in the great recession (where the basic information about the cause was fairly quickly understood) we had multiple legs down as the effects reverberated through the economy (and those caused aftereffects and those caused aftereffects).In this case there is more uncertainty because we don't even know a lot of basic information about this virus, yet.
