Just to be clear...Marijuana absolutely IS ILLEGAL in all of the US per federal law. 

Looks like at least 24 major corporate headquarters there and lots of different industries (universities, government, Hospitals etc) I want to do a deep dive into Columbus but want to see what you all think about other Cities in Ohio like Cincinnati.

The obvious pro is government subsidized rent but are there more pros?

People buy homes in residential areas, not business districts, so when someone starts running a business in a residential area, the externalities are beyond what people can be expected to put up with, and the government can regulate. case in point - parking.
