They have an InvestHer meetup for women at the Panera Bread I think its on 17th street in Fort Lauderdale, I was always jelous that meetup seemed to open before everyone else after covid.

So far, I've not heard of fraudsters setting up an entire fake title company branch, so if you walk in and it feels like a title company and has a bunch of middle aged women in cubicles typing away and talking away on landline phones, with other couples and babies in strollers hanging out in the front waiting area type place, it's probably a title company.

YOU are not empowered to disclose it either, but came upon it as Megans's Law intended - - by personally searching.The other tenants can acquire this info just as you did and, they may or may not react which will impact you.Use the tenant's history to evaluate the risk but if the deal was ok before your discovery, it still is.When I sign a new tenant, I tell (not show any map) of the nearest offender when showing the lease disclosure.

You must understand what they need and will consider as the norm before you can ever sell them on your abilities of being creative and increasing value in any transaction.We have a lot of "pitch" men or women in real estate, we have the get rich gurus, deal makers and many will use a pitch or slogan like, "find the deal the money will come" but that's really not true. 1. real deals are made, not found and 2. they generally lack entrepreneurial skills as they follow a system or routine, they don't really understand what is in the box before they try to think out of it.The fact is, you need to learn real estate, understand what it is that you have to offer, where value comes from for what you have to bargain with, show and demonstrate your knowledge, your entrepreneurial skills.
