Also, the way I wrote the post doesn't reflect my very positive view about investing in Mexico, as I was focusing on high-interest rate mortgages in my reply.You made a few great points and I could have emphasized them:1.

Brian Bradley I agree except just want to emphase that a w2 worker that makes less than 80k and less than 30k liquid and lives in a primary market like California seattle Hawaii really only has a few options and turn key rental is one of them.

I think most investors want something easier to use, BUT I also noticed they couldn't break 3k views on Youtube, further emphasizing a lack on investor interest.  

I also emphasize that I try to keep normal business hours so if they contact me on a night or weekend, I may not get back to them till Monday.
