@Wendell De Guzman made an excellent comment: @Frankie Woods, personally, I wished I left my job a lot sooner but being an engineer by training, I was trained to be risk averse.

Even if I inc'd in DE I would have to register in CA and pay all the same min taxes, plus legally it doesn't make a difference since properties are in CA and will be under CA law.The L.A.

A better accounting solution would be nice.I think Buildium is the de facto standard right now although they made (in my opinion) a mistake by hiking the costs for new landlords under their 40 units.

I am looking for a RE Lawyer in the Wilmington DE to start an LLC for my rental & flip business.

On top of the units that I own, my family has over 100 rental units in Central MA and all are self-managed, but we also have a construction company and de-leading company under the umbrella, so it's been a vertically integrated sort of deal since I was young.

This duplex is in a good area with good schools and on a quiet cul-de-sac if I remember correctly.
