Does anyone have experience purchasing a mixed-use property on an auction site sold "as is" with a quitclaim deed?

Build site is a block down from my house, so I'm planning to manage myself.

Easier ways I do this are using a site like rentometer.com - which is a subscription service that provides market rents by address with comps OR using zillow and/or craigslist to see what rents are in the area/zip code.

They try to steal sensitive information including social security numbers, banking information, birth dates, etc.

You could actually do this on your own by going through your Secretary of State website that would save you alot of money and am sure the EIN if free on IRS site too

I think this property is a great site to build a mixed-use space.
