The only "tweak" I would suggest is maybe make the blue on forum titles just a tad darker.

That should be zone B/X (shaded), and flood insurance isn't mandatory in those zones (if I remember correctly, it could be zone C/X (unshaded), but that is still not a mandatory insurance zone).Good Luck!

They are white carpets and always look a darker in traffic areas like the stairs.
