My personal opinion on the election, which may color what I wrote below: Trump easily wins re-election; The DNC makes sure Bernie is not their nominee as they are too scared this would lead to a red wave across much of the country.

For the bathroom, I would have the tub and surround sprayed to update the color. 

The white color background looks sharp but dirties quickly.

With county records, at least in Cincinnati, you can also see how the deal was paid for, which can add a little color sometimes.In this current real estate market though, you will also want to look at the MLS and see what is pending, and the list price, in the areas you are looking at.
