Most Fed members have just been repeating the “party line”: inflation is declining, but there’s “no rush” to cut rates with the economy and jobs market so strong.The jobs data didn’t help mortgage ratesNothing shocking from JOLTs.

Think of it from the PM's perspective: if you were them, would you deal with the headaches of a C or D area (non-paying tenants, trashed properties, crime, etc.) for a 10% cut of a single property that rents for $1100-1800/month?

I hope someone else can find inspiration by my story or if you are in similar situation maybe you can take part of what i did and run with it like a pair of scissors in your hand cutting through the mess thats blocking you. 

Even better, the Fiskar Ocean prices cut by almost 50%.

Expect to pay a few points higher from alternative lenders and less frequently will those loans be adjustable where you can benefit from the fed cutting rates.

Just like spending 30k on a guru program.. if U got the dough in your account and can cut a check go for it if that's what yo want to do.. if you have to borrow it... well your setting yourself up for some heartache big time.

Things happen but often cash strapped flippers cut corners and :"put lipstick on a pig" to get out from under a mistake. 

Cut out the noise and focus on your business.Your input shapes your outlook!

Something shorter and more clear cut helps their comfortability level and looks less like there may be something hidden they may overlook.
