It’s a 1,494 sq ft 3 bed 2 bath that’s been listed for just over 50 days and all offers and counteroffers are through the banks interface, so there’s no human interaction for any of this which is a little unfortunate.

What would you counter offer after finding the NOI is not what they presented and it also needs the electric box to be replace (~4k) and insulating the attic (~8K).
