I had been there in person also but they didn't answer my specific question and advised me to check it online using the computers there.  

For newly constructed, purchased or renovated properties and also retroactive generally over the last 10 years, building components are properly classified into individual units of property and accurate recovery periods for computing depreciation deductions.

But since I'm used to residential leases I was looking for tips and advice on making leases for the non-residential types.
