Does Anyone know of a REIA in Houston thats not a sales funnel to a 5 Figure coaching program?

When we were talking today, he had the great idea to get into running a sober living operation - his day job is as a coach for individuals, many of whom are parolees, or who struggle with addiction, and his night job is currently overseeing a facility that houses many of these people.

I'm wondering if anyone has hired any type of coach that they would recommend.

It's best to go in with as much knowledge as possible and then let them teach you the nuggets only they can teach you, rather than attempting to make them your ground-up coaches.  

I'm not sure what market you're in, but @Russ Scheider does this often with newer wholesalers and offers coaching, as well.
