I had a cost seg done on one of my homes and trying to get one done on another from this company that rob with bigger pockets had done a set on.Every time I email them it says there email doesn't exist and cannot get a response.

KRCH did manage my property now some other company is saying that they do.

The mortgage company gets paid off first, then in a traditional sale, the rest minus agent fees and utilities and closing costs goes to the seller.

Starting a hard money lending company makes sense to me since I have hundreds of contacts in this business that I've built relationships for years, as well as it aligns with my origination background. 

Now it going above pre-pandemic was because like Miami, Nashville, and Boise, Austin was a super-fast grower and had massive companies relocate there during that period therefore homebuilders jumped on it.

There are multiple billion dollar companies dumping money into the city, such as Intel, Google, Honda, and Amazon.

Now I have to battle the insurance companies.
