If the inspection is a deal breaker for you, your realtor needs to include that contingency in your offer and make sure you are protected.

New electrical to get it up to code (1 cloth wiring, mismatch breaker, couple oversize breaker, new wire, conduits for water heater line)13.

This could end up being a deal breaker too..

Had to rewire & replace all the old 2 wire outlets (no ground) & install a new panel & run all new circuits, GFI's, the dreaded AFCI's & hard-wired interconnected smoke/CO detectors to code.

 ( not fast enough to stream Netflix, YouTube or play video games.)In my mind this is a deal breaker.  

Back in the day when K/T was installed, there were different loads on the circuits. 

That alone makes it a deal breaker for me
