They can be helpful in a case like this and bondsmen often have a need of someone to take collateral property they've acquired off their hands.If you find the owner (still viable and breathing), get his story and then make him an offer.

Could be the rep just gave the standard "go away" line, I don't know that's why I'm asking.Assuming you are correct, then as far as getting in contact with the asset manager for this specific house...don't hold your breath.
