Brainstorming here: I had to look at a map, but I wonder if you could reach out to some Atlanta industrial brokers to see if any of their clients would need distribution in between Atlanta and some other destinations?

Just wanted to circle back and say thank you to everyone who shared some thoughts and helped me brainstorm and learn!

Just doing a lot of brainstorming right now.

We plan on consulting our financial advisor as well well but looking for brainstorming here also.

I'd like to see a list of your favorite CPA's that specializes in Real Estate in the Salt Lake City area.I've had a hard time locating a quality CPA, that brainstorms with clients, thinks outside the box, and completely understands the ins and outs of Real Estate. 

For Air BNB I guess you guys should brainstorm what attributes are important to vacationers heading up this way, like privacy, views, cable/cell service, proximity to the ski areas or downtown, ease of approach road + driveway, ability to add sleeping #'s, shuttle to skiing etc.

I'll send you a connection and we can brainstorm ideas and I can reach out to my tech friends to see if they know of anything or if they would be willing to collaborate and create something that can track the projections vs actuals in a nice, clean, consistent way.
