But best of luck- Let me know how it works out.If you don't mind too much - care to pass on the info to your hard money lender- its hard to find one in PG and after we sell the rehab we have now- Might want to get two instead of one so would need a hard money for one of them.Maybe someone else can chime in and give you the information you were originally looking for- sorry that I wasn't much help.

I do not want to take cash out of the properties, just want to free 'more Fannie-Mae Slot', hence it seams silly to pay full closing cost for just 'removing a name'Has anyone been in that situation?

This would also maximize your mortgage slot because you would have 3 units in one mortgage not one and this is using FHA so its even better from that perspective.
