I have such a great relationship with my bank that they just gave me the unsecured loan to buy the property....I bought at the right price, it appreciated a great deal in short term...and then while looking for my second property a few months later I got referred to a bank in the Orlando area that "gets it!"

It is on the backside of Orlando Florida where houses are booming and the new medical hospital (which my wife has signed on straight out of the nursing school and is awaiting final construction).

I am in the Orlando area.  

I currently market to the Orlando market with direct mail and that has rendered the best conversion rate.

Hi Brady, I am an investor/wholesaler in Orlando and I have over 50 off-market properties I'm marketing.

In Orlando we had some really great places for appliances...in Jacksonville FLorida I've yet to learn of a great place.

My and my sister's bedrooms were up in the attic and our walls looked a lot like what you have there @Ryan Richard The entire place is about 1200 sf and had a 2 ton A/C unit in Orlando, FL and that was fine for cooling even in the summer.The upstairs would get a little warm during the day but that was more due to the air return being down stairs and not having enough return air flow from the bedrooms.
