Hi everyone,A question from a very newbie...My friend is looking to buy a second property in Nashville, TN area.

I am wanting to buy a vacation rental in the Nashville area.

According to my research department Tennessee was the biggest in 2020, Nashville specifically.

The lesson that stuck with me was that every popular city (Austin/Nashville/Columbus/New Orleans/Boulder/Seattle…) has institutional investors who pump money into the real estate there.

After completing my service in the military and my wife finished her time in law school in Nashville, TN… we elected to come back to Texas to be with friends and family in a place that felt like home.Coming home, I decided to work for my wife’s family business and have been working side by side with my father-in-law since 2006.

He definitely can't speak for all contractors in Nashville!

Can someone tell me how it is to build in and around the Nashville areas.
