I've seen postings in the LinkedIn groups that focus on tax liens and deeds where people have portfolios of both expiring liens and/or deeds for sale.

Given the SEC rules, I see some real estate course gurus who seem basically to pursue private money as follows: 1) You contacted us about our course (perhaps through one of thier spams, facebook or LinkedIn postings. 2) Therefore, we "know" you (and did not get you directly through the now-illegal advertising such as newspaper ads).

I'm on facebook, linkedin and Twitter, but these are ONLY for business connections.

On the other hand, I cannot promise that this property will be available in the next couple of weeks but I will try my best to assist you through the duration of its availability.After I met with the seller, I did some research on him and found his LinkedIn page.  

If you feel you must bloviate about yourself or otherwise advertise, there are many web sites that are happy to accommodate: LinkedIn, Craigslist, Facebook, and even the BP Marketplace.No thanks. 

Even a twitter, Linkedin or facebook field would be really cool.
