.: Hi Everyone,I am looking to develop passive real estate investment opportunities, but I am not sure if I completely understand what investors look for when investing in certain passive real estate investments, or real estate in general. 

Reason I ask is there are going to be a lot of real estate ventures where ALL money is lost, and many are due to poor management or buying a deal they should not buy.

A land contract has been signed in the county between me and my buyer documenting this transaction. 

Is that because you don't know what your Real Estate goal is?

Beyond residential lending, I have a strong interest in commercial lending and real estate investment.

In real estate, that would look like some solid LTR and maybe commercial tenantsThat being said, there are still many opportunities in STR in many areas.  

I am interested in investing in something a bit more passive as I am getting older and, while I love the real estate asset class, I do recognize the need for multiple streams of income.
