The steps up go to the garage which also has a rear exit door - there is no direct access from the basement into the interior of the house.  

So we don't really know where to find good GA and handy man ensures quality as well as reasonable price.We need yard work, landscaping, exterior wall, interior painting, refinish doors, refinish kitchen cabinets, everything!

Another thing about Zillow values is they usually are just a starting point because it does not evaluate the interior at all so it can only be so accurate.Hope this helps a little,Steven
