I have 33 rentals producing enough cash flow to support me the rest of my life, but I enjoy my work and continue working.

There have often been scenarios (happened yesterday actually) where people will ask me to do their simple return just because they enjoy having the peace of mind, and/or want to build a future relationship as they anticipate more complex issues in the next few years.

I just got a copy of the CAD report from my local police department and I couldnt request a more detailed report for some reason - front desk girl was very difficult.

Anderson has been ramping up advertising campaigns via Facebook lately and I've enjoyed their presentations immensely.

The only reason I'm responding to this nonsense is because I really do enjoy helping people.

It’s a bit more boom and bust than the rest of the country.throwing out a number here, but I’d be willing to bet 75%+ of STR owners either bought well, bought with a long term view, or enjoy personal use and this don’t really care about the next few years.I mean, pick your asset class, shame on anyone who tried to get rich quick on a short term time horizon.

If you are more focused on building wealth and enjoying the benefits at the traditional retirement age, you should choose a different path.

The only I'd add is find a Lender/Realtor who cater to investors and enjoy coaching their clients.

Best for singles, but I know couples who do this successfully and enjoy meeting new STR guests.
