We are pretty bullish about the future of Colorado Springs, the people moving in, the development we see, the diversity and growth of industry, etc.

An economy like Huntsville, AL, for example, has significant employment levels in the aerospace sector and, more importantly, a highly educated workforce that has diverse employment opportunities available to them.

If you invest in a location that is desirable, has a diverse economic base, good transportation, access to desirable amenities, and a reasonably pleasant climate, you'll come out okay, even if values go down in the near future. 

There are much larger issues that need to be addressed — from redlining and steering, wealth inequality, access to down payment funds, and diversity in our industry — that would drive lasting change and move us towards equality.

Not only do they cash flow well but they have growing populations, jobs and modern, diverse economies. 

The Zillow zip code method is way too broad to cover the diversity within zip code regions in most of NC. 27602.

Although Boston is fairly diverse economically, the fact that most schools/universities are adhering to Baker's density requirements and doing a good portion of the Fall Term remotely, I'm not surprised that there is trouble renting units in the core. 

We liked the size, the prices of the homes, the diversity of jobs, not too many days with freezing weather, the universities, etc.

Some things to research and look for are population trends, job growth, employer diversity, universities, rental demand, surrounding construction/development, nearby Starbucks - the list goes on.
