Depending on what we decide to do with the current floor plans - the kitchens are tiny (upstairs is 8x8) - we may take all external walls back to the studs and properly insulate and air-seal the envelope (likely with closed cell foam as I expect there to be limited wall cavity space).

Kristen Whiddon Tenant's "Service dog" attacks neighbor's dog
16 March 2018 | 30 replies
this is not a service dog. its an emotion support dog. service dogs are trained to perform specific functions. emotional support dogs just exist for companionship, and while they serve medical purposes, are very often fake. you are not allowed to deny this tenant based solely on the animal, but you are allowed to ask for certain verifications. you also, only have to make "reasonable" accommodation to accomodate his "medical device" I imagine you have an argument to evict if the dog is attacking people.

You could produce an exact clone of an IC site by hand-writing the HTML in Notepad if you wanted (very bad idea). What matters for SEO is a long list of factors that the web crawlers use to rank your page - what kind of words are used in headings (that is, what does the page appear to be "about"), what types of phrases and words does the body copy of the site use, how similar is that content to other sites, how many incoming links does the page have from other "high authority" sites, how much traffic are you already getting, how quickly does the page load, how recently was the content updated, how effectively does the site render on a mobile device, etc. etc.Nobody knows the exact formula for how search engines use those factors, and they change all the time.
