I found some free analysis software on the web - search around, but you want to calculate your purchase costs, rehab costs, holding costs and selling costs if you are flipping. 

My wife is getting frustrated and wants to immediately go to bandit signs, yellow letters (list source), web site formation, company name, LLC formation etc.

I have started searching pre-foreclosures, and on the web for homes.

I've done a lot of reading, researched on the web as many places and as many topics as I can think to look up, really want to get started and see if I sink or swim (really hoping to swim!).
