My units are north of 64th st, closer to 56th and Blue Ridge.

@Geoffrey RittenhouseI have 6 units in the Green Ridge Section of Scranton for $1100 per pop, a few buildings in the Hill Section of Scranton for $1000-1100 and 5 units in Downtown Dunmore getting $1000-1050.Almost all of the downtown buildings are getting $700-900 per one bedroom and $1200-1400 for two bedrooms.
