Again, this requires a little more work on your side, but it is an alternative to syndications where you are fractional owner and turnkey where you own the property, but have little if any control on the front end.Definitely look up David's book on the BP bookstore and maybe talk to some turnkey companies as well as agents that work with out of state investors.

As of the time of the books production he seems to indicate that's why they prefer to manage themselves.If landlords would do all these things that are described in this property management book by Brandon Turner available in the BP bookstore.

Also, commercial employers the University contracts to provide services - bookstores, cafeteria, dormitory personnel, campus security or maintenance etc...those are considered "on campus" so foreign students can work there part time.
