Investing in real estate for passive income is a great pairing for those that work in the entertainment industry.

Today our labor workforce for tradesmen is at a seriously depleted level only to be paired with record demand and housing prices.

I’m curious if you sometimes pair up investors, for example those who want to directly own a suburban NNN property but only has enough funds for half the downpayment.

It's no different than a wheelchair or a pair of crutches in your eyes.  

Also quick boil electric teapot…beats the microwave for heating coffee and you can pair it with a small coffee grinder and pour over coffee pot or French press and voila!

I thought I was a trading genius (like most rookie traders) and on one fateful afternoon I entered a "Buy" on the pair USD/CHF.

@Pablo Miguel Hernandez I think the consensus is keep your properties as cash flow is helpful for qualifying for a loan here in CA paired with the differences in the Nashville market and LA.

(This is why I usually advocate matching new agents to a mentor rather than letting the company pair you up).
