Brent I do agree with Jacqueline honestly is the the best route and I do believe if i set the deal up right or buy at the right price I want have to worry about not finding a buyer cause with the right deal they'll be knocking at my door to get the deal worst case scenario I'm will to take a lost or even not make money if it means keeping my word

If the tenant had arrived sober the landlord would have prevailed and the tenant evicted....but because he could barely hold himself upright he lives to see at least one more week of free rent.It's a crazy world we operate in.
