@Matt WellsLots of back and forth on this thread for a pretty straight forward question.For conventional financing, 6 months to get cash out using the new appraised value is the answer to the question you posed.There are other variations like you can get cash out right away using the purchase price and some DSCR lenders (for non-owner occupied properties) have no seasoning requirements (although most require 6 months).
