Thinking on my second property to but feeling a voice on my neck saying "deals will be coming soon".

Yeah, most likely Walz won't give a damn but good for you for taking the action of doing something, saying something, being a voice.

I’m definitely leaning toward no because a felony for me means I lose everything in my career path.. but there’s that voice in the back of my head m.

Also, once you have talked for a bit try calling or facetiming with those people, it is very different to see someones words on a screen and to actually hear their voice.

I have sent two Yellow Letters to the owners and got a voice mail today about the home.
