Yes many VC's are tightening vs a few years ago, and yes exits haven't been as plentiful or as good recently (IPO and otherwise), and yes valuations have even dropped for some of the unicorns and others.

@Josh Miller In terms of working with siblings, I think so you all get along and feel even stevens I would recommend just selling it, not worth severing or straining relationships.
