Sure, most of your friends area... but a lot of people who probably aren't your friends are barely making ends meet, especially in California where we are now the #1 leader for poverty in the nation.So to the average person, $270k in Stockton sounds like a helluva deal rather paying through the nose for rent in the Bay Area.

But like @J Scott said if you have done like 5 buys and he relisted 4 already then he needs to put on his big boy pants and not cut off his nose to spite his face.You indicated you now have your license and have access to the same inventory he does.

Don't be THAT person who spends too freely and is not a hard nosed, analytical business person.

It doesnt' matter if your nose hair freezes, as long as you have good warm clothes and so do the kids!
