For us, we do ride bys and stop in to check on the vacant property during different times during the day/evening but never at night, so the thieves never know when we will be there, even though lots of times the break ins happens at night, or at least that is what we believe.

I was thinking of suggesting less rent for lawn mowing on this and the adjacent property as we have a ride on mower.
