I've had my eye on nuclear power stocks of late, but I don't have any real good ideas for buys right now.

You need to get really good at:-Telling your story-Presenting your "resume"-Showing your passion/drive-Selling people on why they should give you their hard earned money

Are there any steps to building my resume or is it an easy job with little requirements.

These companies usually are excellent on the resume, but many people don't stay long.

its a LOOOOONG game.. at your age I would do one of two things.. either get your license and get with a brokerage that does commercial type transactions the veteran agents will be the ones you want to learn from.Or get a job with a building development company so you have some pedigree on your resumé'  reality is you will not get anywhere in the development business unless you have the ability to borrow 5 to 25 million dollars and attract capital investors by the millions of dollars.

Looks like it was hit with a nuclear bomb and nothing can be done but a tear down.

I would look at joining the trades(electrician, pipe fitter) especially if you could get on the traveling circuit working at nuclear plants.
