Mine did too at first, but reality set in after a few months of washing dishes in the laundry sink, and having plastic hanging in the shower, her enthusiasm waned.I'm not suggesting you don't do it, just pointing out that the idea of it and the reality of it are not necessarily the same. 

However the reality is that with current technology, there just isn't a good way to supply many more people. 

It is not reflective of reality. 

I can try and post updates after each month to see if my expectations are consistent with reality.   

Best to purchase property with none of these issues but hey, that is not reality either.Doing one now where the old style kitchen is small.

I'm a Broker of 20 years and the reality is that you become a target, you are considered an expert in your field (even if you haven't sold a thing, per the law in AZ) and you are held to a higher standard. 

Some risks I saw come to reality: increasing condo fee, board threatening to pass rental restrictions on units, including on existing landlords/owners.

They know the value of your property The reality is that they have no idea.

But the reality is that apparently it could happen to anyone, so once again the due diligence process and having an attorney is essential (not just something everyone feels as if they have to say). 

Looking back at the last market crash there were several factors that contributed to it but the big ones included people were not being qualified for loans based on the reality of what they could realistically afford to pay back.
