Hostaway's lack of transparency in their pricing makes them pretty hard to recommend to anyone since these types of "custom" pricing schemes are often used as a means of upcharging new customers. 

As a quick backstory, I'm originally from MD and graduated from UNC Wilmington.

In NYC the demand is lower in the winter but the supply is also lower so apartments rent fairly quickly still (typically within a few weeks).

The difference in build cost could add or subtract sqft but more of a quick estimate 

Atleast here in Chicago it bumps up your rents $100-200+ a month so pays itself off very quickly.

Without getting myself into a get rich quick program, I thought asking all of you good people here your thoughts regarding financing, project planning and experience requirements. 

Make sure you have a process in place for responding to comms efficiently and resolving issues among members and issues with the house as quickly as possible.It's worth the income and the feel-good feels knowing you're helping out your community.
