I'm in Brooklyn and been contemplating taking online classes to get a license purely for MLS access. 

I just don't want to be at a disadvantage before I even make a move purely based on my gender.

As of last month I have broke even on what I have put into it with closing costs, down payment and repairs so my cash flow is now pure profit (minus anything that comes up in the future of course).

wow lots of people defending a guru's work of pure fiction.   

When we can afford to ( i.e. when i am working since we live on one salary) we buy pure rentals.While I haven't been in the VB market for 3 years, that was the first place we bought as newbies.

I agree  plus  the  service  should  be  unbiased and  give  no  right or  wrong opinion  just cold  hard  facts  that  are  based  on pure math that  the  client  or  customer  would  take  and  run with.  

At the same time it sounds like almost pure philanthropy when you count in opportunity-cost.

The other side would be pure profit.

Almost pure carbon, burns real clean.

To me this is pure BS.
