So far the DSRC companies I have reached out to don't have any programs that will do something like this. 

People need to eat and pay rent. some support job or programming job really going to "commoditization" mode.

My program takes those comps, performs some additional grouping/averaging, and estimates the ARV & ACV.

I am looking at FHA and the new Fannie Mae 5% down payment program, but someone mentioned a 5% down payment program with Cambridge Savings Bank that had no PMI.

It's a great program for a veteran and a good program for a seller to participate in if the property is in good shape but not always the best option for a foreclosed property.

There are programs that let you buy an investment home as an resident alien, or Foreign National.You can focus on a DSCR program but in most cases need to have a credit score established best to be above 720.
