I have a tenant in TN that has been gradually building a pretty extensive garden in the backyard (property has a huge backyard) and transformed the garage into the green house, where they grow lots of starter plants.

I had 3 houses at once and my 9-5 job suffered.

, new investors suffer from the same malady:  paralysis of analysis.  

Today is my first day deal hunting, suffered from a bit of analysis paralysis but found the cure... action.

Everyone's going to be mad about it, the buyers wasted everyone's time, the agents wasted their time (and won't be paid), and the home owners may suffer the most by losing their home to foreclosure which will follow them for years. 

I in fact explored option to buy land and get the solar plant setup or lease to farmers etc. but seems hassle and no guarantee there.

Usually you have to truck the soil out to a plant where they clean the soil and monitor it for a year.

I graduated from college in May of 2019 and was fortunate enough to land a relatively "lucrative" W-2 job as a equipment operator at the local nuclear power plant.

Danny:I didn't get the sense you are so much suffering from analysis-paralysis as much as healthy dose of concern you might be stretching yourself too thin.
