When I find RE records that looks like it could belong to the person in their guest book, I double check on FB the spouses name on their family list, or maybe a comment someone made on a photo, "wow, you and your wife AMY look great!"

They make low temp paint from Sherwin Williams, but I would not paint in freezing weather because you will get sick and the colors will dry different than the color on the chip. also remember the color on the chip is actually a photo of the color so its actually ink lol.

The books say the take 1/2 hr to complete but It usually take me more like 2hrs not including the time for going to the property and taking the photos- I am pretty thorough and I don't make things up...I have heard that others have "scripts" and just cut and paste- so they cut the time.
