Hi all,I am a novice to the real estate investing scene, although I have a few bits of knowledge that I've collected from research over the years.

When LinkedIn first came on the scene, it was a web-only site, so connecting up with individuals could be labor-intensive and require more steps than really were necessary to meet people on the site.

I'd love to show you what we're doing behind the scenes to make that happen.

Being a South Philly guy born and raised I can tell you for a fact it really just depends on where the house is located in "19145" there are some areas where you can leave your door unlocked at night ( although i wouldn't advise it) and there are some areas where you think you are in a scene off of The Wire.

Involved in the local RE scene?

I'll tell you what:If my thread is like that rumble scene from the West Side Story with fists and knives, this threab, @Ned Carey , is like the Brady freaking Bunch - holding hands and being nice...Who's got time for this?
