Ironically, I thought I was taking advantage of my buyer.

What is ironic is that these same people are the ones that have read titles like The Millionaire Next Door that clearly claim that small businesses are the ticket to wealth.  

I find it somewhat ironic that when people ask for advice and are given good advice that runs counter to the answer hoped for by the person asking, they keep asking until somebody tells them the answer they wanted to hear in the first place.

Initially, if I use the first draw before 12 months it will be at 1.99%.We are still ironing out the final details as I've not gotten what they will dictate as their internal rate on top of the prime.

If it's an older home from the late 60's and prior, it could have cast iron sewer lines which tree roots can penetrate looking for water.
