The system in my multifamily building is that we have individual fire alarms in bedrooms and kitchens of each unit - those alarms are not wired to the central system.

If you're already in the accredited investor club, well, then I'd say it might be time to consider moving away from those individual rentals and leaning more into syndications and private placements.Anyway, if your net worth is north of half a mil, or even a million, then you might want to hop on the LP train sooner rather than later.

Each of those things individually can be done at one lender or another, but knowing if it can be done at a single lender is the difference between someone who knows what they are doing vs someone just quoting interest rates.

I was under the impression that this clause says that the appliances are there but they are not included in lease so Im not responsable for them and that it is their choice to use them or not.
